How to decrease tennis grip size.?
I think i got to big of a grip and now i want to decrease it’s size. Is there any way?
Take it back to the shop you bought it from and ask them to exchange it for the smaller grip. Most sports shops will accept the return if it has not been too long (played once or twice with it).

What tennis grip is a good size?
im 5′3 i have long fingers–right now my grip size is 4 3/8–sometimes when i hit a ball my wrist hurts so should i go smaller or larger?
A larger grip would be better for your wrist. 4 3/8 just isn’t for you.

To see if your grip is too big, hold the racket in your hand using your usual forehand grip. There should be a space between your fingertips and your palm about the size of the width of your index finger on your other hand. A 3 1/2 grip?Are you a junior player? I use a 4 1/8 and that’s the smallest I could find, and I have tiny hands!

On the bottom of your grip, there will be a sign of the brand of the racket. Look around, it should be near it, mine is 4!

Mine is the semi western
I use a pretty extreme version of the the full western grip… I should probs try and switch to the semi though.
