Similar to the forehand video, this one shows a simple way of experimenting with backhand grips in order to find the most comfortable one. This is the 6th video in the Origin of tennis technique series.

    Yeah, but you could have just taken out the continental and eastern forehand grips for the sake of idiots out there, and your own wrist. You screwed up your hand on the first one, so why show it to others and risk the same with them? And continental is for slice, not topspin. And keep your shoulders closed, it makes for a better backhand.

    The whole point of the video is that you don’t need names of the grips unless you are going to compete in a quiz.

    Find the most comfortable grip by experimenting like I do this video and you will FEEL which one is the best.
